About me

A vocation since always

I'm a Mexican woman, enjoying my 30s in Spain, pursuing my love of service as I always have, or at least, for as long as I can remember.

Since I was little, I've always known that connecting with people is what fuels my zest for life. From a very young age, my dream was always to move to Europe and work as a waitress. Well, years later, I am working in Europe, albeit in a very different capacity than I imagined.

The professional and creative path

This desire to serve has transformed over the years. I began studying a degree in tourism management and have dedicated myself to hospitality from different angles ever since, seeking to create unforgettable experiences in the lives of others.

I can say that studying is one of the strongest pillars of my life. I've had different facets and passions in life, so my repertoire ranges from crafts like pottery, weaving, and embroidery to arts like Hawaiian, Arabic, jazz, hip-hop, Mexican folk dance, aerial dance, salsa, and Zumba, and musical studies in piano, guitar, percussion, and singing.

An unexpected twist

After completing a couple of diplomas, I decided to continue studying French and English and then dedicated myself to sales. At that moment, my life turned upside down when one of the most important people in my life, my mother, passed away a matter of months after being diagnosed with one of the most aggressive types of cancer. Searching for possible solutions, I stumbled upon the world of metaphysics, ancestral medicines, and spirituality. Without paying much attention to what I discovered in that world, I became a student of the art of hiding my emotions, having fun, and enjoying life with as little awareness as possible on the beautiful beaches of Cancun. I became so good at it that I managed to hide those emotions even from myself.

The spiritual awakening

Then life gave me the opportunity to grow professionally and with it, move to another city, where I could no longer hide. I met the spiritual masters who have trained and accompanied me on this path of self-discovery through tools such as the study of the Enneagram, the subconscious, emotional response and trauma healing, childhood wounds, astrology, cartomancy, palmistry, Kabbalah, A Course in Miracles, and different energy healing techniques such as Thetahealing and Pranic Healing. I discovered the world of meditation and after my first 10-day silent retreat, I discovered that Vipassana meditation was for me, and with it I seek to cultivate presence in every moment.

Sound, yoga and purpose

When it was time to explore other paths, I went on the Camino de Santiago and took a sabbatical from my office job to continue my studies. This time, I began to study sound and vibration and fell in love with this therapy because it's a very noble practice that works without speaking or making much effort, just by opening up to receive. Thus, I became certified as a sound therapist with Himalayan singing bowls through The Elephant Bowl school, with Master Geoffrey Torkington, and as a Haththa and Ashtanga yoga teacher with the Kavaalya school, which views yoga as a more spiritual practice and less about fitness. I'm currently continuing my studies. Right now, I'm studying the art of learning to receive and pursuing a postgraduate degree in Holistic Psychology and Coaching.

A path that continues

So, I'm a student of life. I like to experiment with different ways to achieve physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being through the tools I've learned over the years and continue to learn every day, thanks to the sensitivity to the subtle planes I've developed.

Sharing is part of the journey

And there's little point in studying if we can't share what we learn with others, if we don't pass that knowledge on to others. So I really enjoy giving back to my close circle of friends, and I'll also really enjoy supporting you in your journey if you choose.

Sound reconnects us with ourselves and what we feel. What we see outside is only a reflection of what we carry inside, and the cleaner and more balanced our interior is, the more everything outside will have no choice but to shine.
