Session Description


This sound healing session uses ancient therapeutic techniques with Tibetan singing bowls , promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The session begins with gentle physical movements and breathing exercises, followed by a guided meditation to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. The facilitator will then play the Tibetan singing bowls, either directing their vibration toward the participants' heads or placing them in the center of the room, applying techniques tailored to the energy of the moment. At the end, there will be time to share experiences and receive feedback.

During the session, your task will be to find a comfortable position, relax, and surrender to the experience. Trust the process as you observe the sounds, body sensations, aromas, and visual perceptions. This session guides your mind through brain states from Beta waves (activity) to Alpha (introspective relaxation), Theta (deep relaxation), and occasionally Delta (dream state), providing significant therapeutic benefits.
